Standard Return Requirements

• Condition: Planks must be in resalable condition, and in their original packaging. Once flooring is installed, it cannot be returned.

• Return Shipping: You are normally responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless goods are faulty.

Damage & Defects

• Inspection: Always inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival.

  
  

• Reporting Window: Any damage or incorrect planks upon opening must be reported to the retailer within a strict timeframe (within 14 days)

Pallet & Heavy Goods Delivery

Due to the weight and size of flooring products, most deliveries are completed via pallet courier services.

​

Please note:

• Deliveries are kerbside only

​

• Someone must be available to receive the order

​

• Access restrictions must be informed before dispatch

3. Damaged Deliveries Policy

​

Please inspect all goods upon delivery and report any visible damage within 24 hours with supporting photographs.

4. Failed Delivery Policy

​

Failed deliveries due to no access or absence incur re-delivery charges.

​
